Much like successful leaders, the nautilus consistently matures and creates new, larger chambers to move to the next step in its growth. Able to withstand tremendous pressure deep under the water’s dark surface, the nautilus has the capacity to adjust its buoyancy as a response to stress, and continue its growth consistently and gracefully.

With an internal drive to succeed and survive, we are often stuck “in the dark” trying to decide how to grow ourselves and influence our surroundings.
